Intro interview with HR, should have received a case study afterwards but was ghosted. No feedback or further communication received despite polite requests. Never formally rejected me or said it wasn't a good fit.

Describe a project you worked on. What is your current day to day job?
We aim to respond to all candidates within two weeks of their HR screening - no one likes to be left out of the loop about what's happening with their application. In this case, we didn't achieve that aim and we're really sorry that you've had a poor experience during the interview process with us. We've just doubled our recruitment team, so our team will have more capacity going forward.
