Recruiter texted and emailed to set up an initial 30 minute call with him. He told me he'd get back with me at latest the Monday after. Days went by and the recruiter would just ghost me and not provide a simple response or update, until over a week later when they said the hiring manager would not be moving forward with no explanation. I think the behavior of the recruiter was rude and unprofessional, but then again that's commonplace these days.
