The interview process was good. All my technical discussions like Problem Solving, System Design, LLD went well. The HR team told that your selection is almost final and there will be a Hiring Manager round which is not elimination round, This was also told by interviewer who took Hiring Manager round. But after Hiring Manager round , they did a debrief and rejected me. This kind of behaviour is not expected, as this is giving false hopes to candidate of selection. Also it wastes the time of candidate, as Hiring Manager round was not required if the feedback of other interviews was not good.
