Very, very long and intricate interview process that seems like a great thing at first because it shows they care about who they hire. BUT their communication is terrible, leave you hanging for weeks and are not upfront. They asked very specific questions about my current company which made it awkward because some were too specific and would compromise the integrity of my current company.
