I applied online. I receive an email asking me about my work experience, how long I used Agile methodology, types of project and processes I improved. Then they have also questions regarding my current gross salary, my expected salary, and how soon I can start. After making an effort in providing my experience and salary details, they simplied replied that they would proceed with other candidates which is weird that I have the experience and skills set they are looking for. They are either looking for someone that they can provide a very lowball offer to, or they prefer someone living in the same region where their office is located. I'm not surprised if I got the same experience from a fellow BA who shared here a few years ago.
