Entrevista
The interview was Multi-tier process with a number of decision-makers. It was a combination of written exams and interviews. I had to allot a few days off work in order to fit these into my schedule.
3 stage interview with 1 case study stage. Interview stage focused on understanding of Arcadis, their clients and challenges they could be experiencing. How my experience is aligned to their specialities and examples of my leadership in a consulting environment.

Entrevista
First to second interview took a month. Firstly, a company fit interview, followed by technical interviews with a case study which was followed by a partner interview, which was bit of a time waste. Very standard interview, I wouldn't say its the tough process.
