Was brought in to interview just for project team to benchmark their project delivery process against competitor. Big waste of time and shady recruitment practices. Followed up with recruiter post interview and the message was they were looking for someone at a higher seniority level, which was not what was advertised on the posting or verbally discussed.

Long drawn out discussion on how current firm delivers consulting engagements
war angenehm, zwei Runde, erstmal mit HR und dann Linemanager. Es geht um meine vorherige Arbeitserfahrung, Studie, Projekte und was ich gerne ich Zukunft entwickele. Es sollte eine dritte Runde sein, jedoch bekam ich am Ende direkt ein Angebot.

It's okay, I really enjoyed the full interview. Little out box questions came that is irrelevant. There are some information which is irrelevantly repeated to me for like "desk job". Overall I will say it's very nice interview.
