Phone screening was basic, 10 mins long, just asked a couple of question on my background, not an introductory chat sort of screening. Followed by 2 Interviews with hiring manager and team. These were organised quite quickly and with short notice (in a rush). Interviews were over the phone and online. Although people deemed nice and interesting, there was no follow ups from HR post interviews and no updates on the application process, leaving me frustrated and feeling ghosted. Overall left an unprofessional taste.
