First start with a basic CV and cover letter submission . The second stage involves completing the Arctic shores personality assessment which is something you can't really prepare for.

Entrevista
The interview had two parts, a competency section followed by a discussion section. The the discussion an information pack was sent before so that you can prepare. The interviewers were both very friendly.

Entrevista
The process starts with a game based assessment of Arctic shores.
The assessment center comprised of 2 activities: 1. Group activity and 2. A smaller group activity of 3 people.
After 1 week I got the interview telling me I’ve passed the assessment center and there would be an interview. The interview was also online, with two people on the call. After 3 weeks of the interview, I got a call telling me I’ve been offered the job.
