First stage of the interview process was and online Isometric tests, followed by brief telephone interview with a member of the HR department and then assessment day at the head office. The assessment day was split into a couple of tasks and then an interview at the end.

Entrevista
I did my interview for the Hong Kong office.
There is a Group interview with questions and activities mainly focused on addressing team work and critical thinking. If this is passed, then there is an individual interview. This one is focused mostly on technical knowledge, questions from take offs to contracts. Preparation is definitely needed.
