Online application and 2:1 Interview with Senior staff in London HQ. Process took a couple months - applied in Nov and got called for an interview in March. Interview was formal and laid back, the senior staff were very cool and didn't pressure me at any point. Interview questions were based on CV, Application form, Industry knowledge (Know your stuff!), Company Future. Overall very good experience.
