Entrevista
Filled the online application form, got invited to an assessment centre. The AC was weird, there were two group exercises - one in a big group (8) and one in pairs (2). Although the big group exercise was fun, I do not understand the purpose of the exercise in pairs. In each we got a problem and had to solve it, being watched by the interviewers. There was no interviews, it was the next stage which I did not get into. I feel like it was the problem, judging us from afar, but not getting to know us personally. It felt like a weird HR experiment.
It was smooth. No issues. The interviewers were very nice. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions and depending on the role, they’ll ask you some technical questions.

Entrevista
Normal formal interview process, asked basic and common interview questions. The interviewers where looking at answers and basing this of the STAR Techniques.The interview did not seem professional so not sure about the entire thing.

It was followed by a personal interview with the Human Resources representative and a team member of the position you are applying to, it was a friendly conversation about your interests
