Had a brief phone interview, was then invited to a 1-2-1 interview and was told I would hear back in a week. Interviewers were very friendly and casual, definitely felt more like a chat than an interview and unfortunately I think this may have showed in my answers. The talent team do not reply to emails or phone calls, which is very frustrating as they are your only point of contact. Therefore I do not know answers to my questions or if the thank you message I asked them to pass onto the interviews was received or not. However with all of this if the job was offered I would off accepted. Interviewers were friendly and gave a good inside to the role and how the company works.
