I got contacted by recruiter in March. I went to on-site interview in May at White Plains, NY office. I interviewed with 5 people from two main water sectors in WP office. They asked basic behavioral questions and the overall process was pretty laid-back. I pretty enjoyed the interview. There was barely time for me to have a rest between two interviewer, which made the whole process a little bit tired. I kept following-up after the interview, but the recruiter told me that they were still interviewing more people. I didn't got official rejection. The recruiter informed me that the office didn't think I was a fit for there position.

They are very willing to work with current interns to transition to full-time work. I was offered jobs in two different locations, one of which was my current location without an additional interview and another was a location of my choice that I interviewed at separately.
