Interview process spanned multiple weeks. Process was unclear, kept changing steps, interviews, etc. More than once I was "ghosted" for several weeks, during which time I reached out for updates and received none. This was while they repeatedly pushed me to let them know my thoughts immediately after the interview. Ultimately asked me to do a case study, which had not been included in the original process, and after I completed my final interview, they fully ghosted me. There is no transparency in the job hiring process and I would not recommend to anyone seeking.

Recruiter screening was the first step. Followed by meeting with hiring manager. Finally met with hiring team all remotely. Told about my experiences and they asked me several different situational questions.
