I liked the process. I went through some stages during the interview, such as: A screening interview (1hr), a behavioral interview (1hr), an interview with Head of Engineering and a colleague Web Engineering Manager (1hr) and a quick chat with the CTO (30min). Although there were 4 stages to this interview, I always knew what was going to happen next and during the whole process I always received quick feedback (usually within 3 days, and it took just a week to hear back from the first screening interview). There was no time wasted on this. I liked the questions and the nuance that they had.
