Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. The phone interview was about an hour - the staff introduced their company, I introduced myself, and we have Q&A. A couple of days later they asked me to go in for an on-site interview at their Ann Arbor office. Two person interviewed me at the same time and showed me their system and the problems they are trying to solve. Later, I was asked to whiteboard/brainstorm with them.
