I got an email asking for an interview. Once I was on the phone for less than 30 minutes, I was asked to sign a contract. They were pressuring me to sign a contract with a non-compete clause without expressing all of the details of the contract.
I was called and asked what my flexibility for pay was, offered the position at a15 dollar flat rate, and told that I had three days to decide if I wanted to accept the offer.
The interview was very informal and easy. The interviewer was friendly and seemed to really care about matching me with students and finding a good fit. I would apply again.
