Refereed by another employee. Called and acquired the HR vice presidents e-mail address, and E-mailed my resume. I was phoned directly by another HR rep 3 hours later who set up a 1-1 interview. Met with Hr rep, was sent over to Maintenance Supervisor, then back to HR to complete employment paperwork. All in all, very smooth.
