I applied in February and then a few days later, their virtual scheduling assistant reached out to set up a phone screening. I set up a date & time and had a chat with the recruiter days later. It went fine, but I ended up getting a rejection. Circle back over a month later, the same recruiter pulled my resume again and used the virtual scheduling assistant to set up a phone screening. I accepted, thinking maybe they changed their mind. Turned out they didn’t. The recruiter forgot she previously talked with me. Couldn’t find any of her notes on our previous conversation. So we redid the phone screening and then she tells me maybe I was rejected the first time due to not having the number of years of experience they wanted. Then why pull my resume not once, but twice!! Ended up getting another rejection email. What a great experience! /s
