Scheduled the initial phone call interview three times. On the third time, the recruiter seemed not interested and abruptly disconnected the call without reason. Very unprofessional. If you're not hiring or already have hired someone, why waste other people's time.

Fair interview questions. Four rounds. Did not get position but hiring manager was very professional. He was not the inky one deciding on who to hire. Process was long from initial screening to hiring.
