It was very casual and fun. We sat outside in the cafeteria area and had my interview. The interviewer asked relevant questions and I never felt uncomfortable. I say the interview went pretty smoothly.

My in-person interview was rushed and cursory. Then, there was not more than a background check and fingerprinting done (which I paid for) as they were desperate to fill the position immediately.The Union speech was useless and there is NO HR in this company...they outsource to a third party. Once you're in with Aramark, keep detailed records of your problems with management.

It was quick and easy. They only asked me questions about my school schedule. She asked about my past experience but was happy I didn't have any so she can train me her way. It was simple and fast and I got hired on spot.
