I was called within one business day of applying for the position. After a pretty basic phone screening, I was invited in for an interview the next day. The questions were pretty basic interview questions, but I could tell that the interviewer was not interested in me as a candidate within the first five minutes of the interview. He looked at his phone several times throughout the process. I could tell that he had already chosen the candidate that he wanted to hire and didn't have any desire to listen to my qualifications for the position. It was very unprofessional. I took off work so that I could be considered for this position, and it was a waste of my time.
