Got a lowball offer 50k + bonus Told them the range I was expecting was more 70-90k + bonus Got told they really wanted me and will figure out a way to male it work. Never heard back.

Initial interview went well, asked for my availability, was emailed the full job description, rate of pay and hours. Told to expect a follow up call with a second interview, was ghosted. I sent a thank you email, no response.
i spoke with three different people before i was hired. not so much a hard process as it was long.
one of the managers forgot we had a meeting / had technical difficulties- which is interesting.
