Not really sure what to make of this company. I've applied for a few different positions over the last 18mths. Some I will be given the "Not Selected" email. Other times I will get an email from the talent acquisition dept asking for good times to do a phone interview. I will respond with when I am available each day but never actually get a phone call. I have also gotten a random phone call asking me to actually come in for an interview at the facility. Has anyone else had this happen? Specifically the part about the email from talent acquisition. What were your results?

Very very unorganized. No showed my first interview due to mixing my name up with someone else, or at least that is the excuse I was given by the corporate recruiter. Asked to reschedule and did. Was told that the General Manager at the property would reach out to schedule my next interview and never heard anything after that. I figure if the corporate person couldn't get her calendar right I was probably never going to be passed to the next step
