Pregunta 1
Be prepared to attempt a face to face cold call with a prospect. If you have experience this is easy. They just want to see if you will do it. They only way you would fail is if you refuse to attempt the call.
There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

Entrevista
It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.

Describe three characteristics about yourself that relate to this position.
pretty casual to begin with manager was very helpful answering lots of questions telling me about the company etc. trying to see if we were a good fit not super formal
