I was contacted within two weeks of submitting a resume. There was a phone screening and then an onsite interview with the recruiter. It was a standard process with typical interview questions. The entire process took about 4 weeks. They asked about previous experience and provided information about payment. This was an hourly rate that was not negotiable.

1 interview that was taken 1 on 1 at a company held job fair. Fairly standard, just make sure you ask detailed questions. Asked about my previous experience and some relevant questions probing if I would be able to handle certain aspects of the position.

Quick and simple. We met, discussed the job and expectations of management, and I was made an offer. The paperwork was all via email, and the onboarding process was pretty easy and straightforward for the most part.
