Entrevista
I first had a on campus interview with a recruiter. After that I was invited to a one- day group interview in another state. The interview took all day. It was broken into 3 sessions. There was a one-on-one then two panel interviews. The rest of the time you are sitting and socializing with 20 other individuals who are trying to get the job. There is always someone in the room (probably taking notes). It was very interesting and intimidating.

Phone screening, in person interview in an office where staff was in and out. 2nd interview I was interviewed by 2 managers who had the same title and position. Very awkward

What was the most exciting project you did at your last job
Super easy! Few phone calls with professionals. Moved on pretty quickly. Got the job offer and relocated within 3 weeks of receiving it. The process was very smooth - never had an in person interview.

Entrevista
Received an email from the recruiter a week after I applied for a phone interview. The phone interview was a few days later. It lasted about 10-12 minutes. The recruiter told me that someone would call me to setup an interview within by the end of the week. The district manager called me the same day as the phone interview. My in-person interview was a week later on a Wednesday. I interviewed by 2 district managers at once. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received a job offer on Monday. I started 3 weeks later.
