I was called for interview stating that the job requires English and it is an english speaking company. I was told the interview would be in english and asked me to send resume and cover letter in ENGLISH But I had the whole interview in FRENCH and they were not bilingual too. The CTO was adamant that I do the interview in french which I did. Even after four weeks, there was no follow up. It's okay to reject a candidate but it's very unprofessional not to communicate the results of an interview. In the end, I just wasted my time! I do not encourage anyone applying for jobs in Montpellier.
