I had the worst interview experience with Aptiv. I was contacted by the HR 1 month after applying for the position and no one joined the call. The HR reschedule the first round of the interview after I sent multiple mails asking for the reason. Once I cleared the first round, he scheduled the second round and again no one joined the meeting link. They don't even notify if the interviewer is not joining. After rescheduling the second round 4-5 times, the HR has completely ghosted me now. He is not responding to my mails or picking up the call. He didn't even notify me if they are not proceeding with my candidature.
