Entrevista
First day of interview they will ask you to develop (finish) a project on their laptop in C# or VB. It takes about 1-2 hours to finish it. You will need knowledge of web-developing and working with files such as Configuration, web.config. After you finish the project successfully, they will schedule second interview.
Second day, internal consultant will ask you comprehensive questions to evaluate your knowledge of job-related programming technologies and academic definitions for things like inheritance, data types, data structures, delegates and so on. Once consultant feels that you have adequate knowledge he communicates with management and they make a decision.

Entrevista
First had phone call with recruiter to confirm basic familiarity with the company. Later had second call for character questions. After that there was a video interview with two senior developers, and then finally an in-person interview with a team of software development managers.
