Had to take the 2 hour test - like the other reviewers here. I already found it really weird to start an interview process for a Leadership Position in Sales with a personality and Logic test. 2 days after the test I was informed that I had failed the "psychometric" part of the test, but had passed the maths one - however, they would not proceed with me. The verbal part of the test was an absolute nightmare for someone who's first language is not English. Despite that fact, Aptean was totally unwilling to even have an initial telephone call. I found this procedure absolutely pathetic, specifically when looking for an experienced Senior Leader. I would strongly suggest you dont even waste your time on taking the test, if you are not extremely literate in English.
