After submitting a resume; if they like it - they will ask you to do a 2 hour test.
A week later - get a e-mail stating: "After reviewing your resume, your application, and the test results, we have decided to move forward with other candidates."
I have 20 years of experience and worked 5 years for one of the big-4 consulting firms. I guess that wasn't enough for them.
