Well organised but lacking in quality. Case Interviewer was junior and his approach to solving the case was wrong. Tried to coach him on why his approach was wrong but he was stubborn and set in his ways. As a result the interview was derailed. Sent him a detailed response after the interview to highlight why he was wrong, but the email was ignored. The interviewer lacked basic understanding of how lifetime calculations worked and did not realise that lifetime calculations do not work in a high growth market like EVs and batteries. Other than this lack of knowledge of the interviewer the rest of the process was pleasant. This could have been my luck. Others I met seemed well informed and knowledgable
