The recruiter corresponds through a series of automated email responses. I dedicated two days to the selection process and received a generic rejection notice. After follow up, no professional attempt was made to provide constructive feedback on why I did not move forward.
They ONLY pay salespeople a salary but no additional compensation like bonus or commission. This hardly seems like a winning formula. How motivated can one be if there’s no results-driven accountability?
