Phone screen with HR. First call with peer. Team meeting with several peers and management.
Standard background and "how would you handle this" type questions.
Everyone was friendly and professional.
Led me to think they would be making an offer then went "dark."
By the time I got the "we'd like to schedule another meeting" message I'd already accepted a different offer.

Overall the process was super smooth - transparency from the recruiting team, everyone came prepared for the interview sessions, and the team spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Everyone I met with was intelligent, and you could feel their passion about the company and opportunity ahead.

How would I navigate through a complex organization hierarchy to influence the decision maker?
5 rounds atleast with multiple levels of interviewers. Most questions are about your past experience and rest about sales cases. Focus is to assess your sales skills deeply with a lot of follow up questions. Also, do research on product and competitors.

If you apply to a job at appsflyer without reference, they will not consider your application. A headhunter started my process and i had 6 step of interviews including a role play presentation. The process was very straight forward and i really enjoyed during the process.
