Phone screen with HR. First call with peer. Team meeting with several peers and management. Standard background and "how would you handle this" type questions. Everyone was friendly and professional. Led me to think they would be making an offer then went "dark." By the time I got the "we'd like to schedule another meeting" message I'd already accepted a different offer.

Overall the process was super smooth - transparency from the recruiting team, everyone came prepared for the interview sessions, and the team spent a lot of time answering all my questions. Everyone I met with was intelligent, and you could feel their passion about the company and opportunity ahead.
