Interview process was protracted. Multiple stages consisted of phone screen, multiple questionnaires, coding exercise, and an all-day on site interview with no fewer than 6 people - three technical and three middle/upper management.

Technical interview was focused less on theory and practical applications and more on "do you understand LINQ" - For example "describe how you would implement and alternate version of IEnumerable<T> Select<T>(this IEnumerable<T> items)"

Entrevista
Multi-phase, multi-party interview process that kept up contact across multiple years until the time was right to join the team.
Phone screens with their recruiting director, an engineer peer, and our group lead, followed by a work product sample project, and in person interviews with their VP of engineering and CEO.
The interviews were all what I consider typical of a strongly technical company doing responsible interviewing: some might think it was demanding, I think it's just the right amount for matching up a culture and philosophy to practitioners.
