Interview was fairly easy, was asked about my past experiences in customer service and what skills and attributes i felt could help me to be successful in this company. After the interview i was asked to briefly think about it over the weekend and if i was sure i wanted the position to send an email stating why i would be a suitable candidate, and it would be reviewed as well for consideration.
