I was contacted by a recruitment agent. It was supposed to be a one stage interview. I had the one stage interview, then they said they needed another interview with two more people. OK, so accepted another 1 hour interview, with intense interrogation by two male managers. I was told that this would be the deciding interview with an offer afterwards. Finished the interview, then I was told, that yet another interview was required, because apparently the EMEA leader had no trust in his team, and he had to interview candidates himself. Waited for a 3rd interview to be set up, attended the 3rd interview, it went well... I was told there would be an immediate decision after this interview - but there was just radio silence, ghosting. I received feedback that it went well, and now they needed to make a decision...days passed, and more days passed, until it got to the point it was ridiculously unprofessional and very disrespectful treatment of candidates, who had invested time in their "clear as mud" interview process, and multiple interviews which had been dishonestly described. If you are going to advertise roles and interview candidates - please bear in mind they are humans - and you should provide some professional courtesy and respect after all the time and effort they have put into meeting you and putting up with your never-ending interview process. The ghosting at the end was the icing on the cake. The recruiter told me they "were doing background checks" - however, they had not requested my references, which I would have happily provided. Instead, they were illegally going against GDPR and digging through my background to contact people without my knowledge or permission. In the UK, this is an illegal practice. Not to mention highly unprofessional and disrespectful. In the end, I got tired of the ghosting and actually never heard from them again, after I spent so much time and effort on their never ending "just one more interview" process. Really awful disrespectful company - AVOID. Question "Did you get an offer?" - they ghosted me after wasting 3 weeks of my time. If they offered it to me, I would not accept!

4 rounds in total. HR rounds, Manager rounds, Leadership rounds, Leadership rounds. The Manager round also asks for a product brief on your past workex, which is discussed during the interview.
