The first round was a call with one of their internal recruiters. We discussed the role, company culture, etc. "We are like a family" buzzwords. Second round was with the hiring manager himself. We discussed the role and my experience. Everything seemed fine. No response for a week afterwards after the manager told me he would be getting feedback to the recruiter right away. Emailed the recruiter, no response. Pinged the recruiter a week later just in case, and still no response. Can't go on about "we are like a family" when basic communication is a foreign concept. Another company wanting many years of experience without the appropriate compensation.
