Disorganized and made you feel like you were just a number in the queue. During my recruiter screen I was told my experience was a great match, the HM would really like me, expect a call next week to schedule an interview (no estimated timeframe given, just wait around waiting for a phone call). The call never came so I assumed I got passed on. About a week later I was randomly called and an interview was scheduled without asking my availability. It was then immediately cancelled. I called back, the recruiter told me all of the scheduling drama, then proceeded to keep me on the phone for almost 15 minutes trying to find an interview time. While discussing availability I was told several times "that won't work, the role will be filled by then" and "this time slot would have worked if you answered your phone the first time". It was obvious they just wanted a person and didn't care who it was. The hiring manager interview went well and they were very nice, but I never heard back.
