Phone interview was a quick review of programming skills including classes, members, limiting access to member functions/fields, dynamic memory allocation/deallocation, and wildcard typecasting in c++. Then other questions were asked about my recent projects and skills, then was asked to relate the classes that related most closely with these skills. The interview was not difficult.
