General questions asked about software experience, what platforms you have worked on, what software you have worked with and if you have had any experience working with development or automation. Broader questions asked along the lines of how you work in a team and by yourself. It was left fairly open ended so that you could sell yourself and any time was given for you to put thorough thought into your answers.
