I applied online. I had a questionnaire, technical interview(s), and a presentation + questions session. After the interviews, I heard nothing from ARA for months, not even an acknowledgment thanking me for my time, when they suddenly decided to offer me the job. I declined as I decided that an organization that treats potential employees in the manner they did was not a good fit for me.
