a full-day of interviews with ~10 managers and directors. Schedule was shifted quite a lot during the day as people seemed to suddenly get busy with their work. Generally nice and easy-going interviews but a few challenging questions asked about self-evaluation and fundamental device physics. Quite a few interviewers mentioned that the workload and pace is very high. 45 min presentation about my previous research during lunch time. People attended were genuinely interested in the topic and asked some thoughtful questions.
I applied on Tuesday and received a response from the hiring manager that same afternoon. We scheduled a 30-minute interview for Wednesday, which went very well. To my surprise, I received a verbal offer on Thursday. The entire process moved incredibly quickly, going from application to offer in just three days.

HR contacted me and arranged a meeting with the hiring manager. I had a 30-minute interview where, after introducing myself, I was asked mostly behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any feedback since then.
