      Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Applied Materials (Bengaluru) en nov 2018

      Entrevista

      First Round Online test which has Operating systems fundamentals and JAVA programming questions.--> do you guys think people with 10 Yrs experience will prepare for OS fundamentals who has been working on JAVA related technologies? some how I managed. three times interview postponed. Finally my F2F interview is scheduled on some fine friday and I was asked to come early as location is ITPL Bangalore. They have some different process to allow ppl. ppl need to install some ASAP app to create visitor request. at least before some 10-15 mins we would have completed the process but now it will take half an hour. first round is written test: interviews are so lazy that they don't even change the question paper. I saw some questions from one of the interview review same questions with same order they gave. First when I enter the office I feel like I have entered in fi*h ma*rket that noisy is the environment. infrastructure is too bad that cannot sit properly on chair. questions on written test was 1. validate the expressions for parenthesis like [ab]{edc}(dk{as}} like this to return 1 otherwise 0 2.count the letters and return char with letter like AAABBCCCC to 3A2B4C 3.longest sequence of numbers in array like need to find longest consequent number chain 4. implement blocking queue same 4 questions in same order I saw in one of the review. after F2F, one guy came he don't have proper fluency,he is doing interview not able ask questions, some how asked some questions on my code everything looks good. He asked about my current company I said my company is competitor to Cisco then he started try to reject me some how. He don't have such knowledge to ask me hard questions and reject me. sent some other guy who searched in google for complex design and came to me to reject. Both are less experience than me. they don't recruit people who have come from good company as their salary is higher than what they get. similar review you can see under this. advise to HR is Its better to call ppl from wipro or infosys to get selected as those guys will select them because they will have less salary than interviewers. My suggestion for product development guys dont waste your time going to this company interview. same I had read I did not took it to my consideration. whole day wasted for me on the same.
