Once I submitted my resume I heard back about a month later. I did a phone interview first about three weeks later got invited for face to face interview. That went well and I was offered the job a couple weeks later. I didn't start or hear back for almost two months. I had to constantly follow up which should have been my first clue. Was the longest interview/ start process I have ever been through. But it was a good experience and helped me get on my feet learn some valuable things and learn what I don't won't in a job/company.
