He was very sexist. He said that women are only motivated when they graduate college, but then they have babies and aren't motivated. He also stressed that he wanted to hire someone that will stay with him forever. After which, he stated that two of his employees just had babies and don't want to work anymore. He was implying that if you want to work there, he will not be thrilled if you plan on having families. He then proceeded to offer a position to me (Female), but said he is very strict and has had 5 females that have been fired that worked there in the past 6 months. He offered me $30,000 (I have a degree in civil engineering) and he said that in the field of engineering, for someone like me, I will not get a better offer. Because there are no engineering jobs that offer higher (Lies). My overall impression of him was that he is sexist and he doesn't believe that women deserve higher than what he offered.
