Recieved phone call by supervisor (who, in my opinion, has a strong personality that's actually just rude) to come in for an interview. There were no technical questions, mostly wanted to know my personality, work ethic and asked how well I can multitask. If you are shown to the rest of the team, you're pretty much hired. No pre-employment screening was required. Came in first day and filled out tax forms and formal application.
