Initial phone interview, followed by 2 Skype interviews. Still waiting to hear back nearly 2 months after initially applying. The interviewing was easy but the feel of the interviews were very impersonal and they didn't seem very well organized.

Entrevista
Initial 30 min phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a 90 min interview with the hiring manager and a director. From application, to the second interview took about 2 weeks, but then was about 2 months until an offer was extended.
I gave them my salary expectations after the recruiter call, but in the final offer, I was given an incredibly low wage that they were almost entirely unwilling to negotiate. Benefits also seemed well below average for the area.

Initial screening then a video conference to discuss my experience both professionally and for self learning. Discussed a lot of my design experience and resume. The video interview lasted roughly 1 hour.
